7.1 Student Technical Responsibility #
Students are responsible for ensuring that they meet the technical requirements necessary to participate effectively in Group Classes.
This includes:
- A stable and reliable internet connection
- A functioning camera (mandatory)
- A working microphone
- A suitable device capable of accessing the scheduling platform and live sessions
- An appropriate and distraction-free environment conducive to learning
SpanishVIP is not responsible for technical difficulties arising from the student’s equipment, internet connection, device limitations, or physical location.
7.2 Technical Disruptions #
If a student experiences technical issues that prevent them from joining or fully participating in a class, the session will be considered attended or forfeited according to the booking policy.
Technical difficulties on the student’s side do not generate:
- Credits
- Rescheduled sessions
- Refunds
- Subscription extensions
If a technical issue originates from SpanishVIP’s platform or the assigned instructor and significantly disrupts the session, SpanishVIP may evaluate the situation and determine an appropriate resolution at its discretion.
