For children’s lessons, a parent or legal guardian may be required to be present depending on age and circumstances. Parents remain responsible for all communication and decisions on behalf of minors.
SpanishVIP reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend, or permanently terminate access in cases of misconduct.
Serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior warning and without refund.

Students are responsible for meeting the technical requirements necessary to participate in online classes. These include:
- A stable internet connection
- A functional camera and microphone
- Access to Zoom or any assigned platform
- A suitable device (computer or tablet recommended)
Mobile phones are discouraged except in exceptional circumstances.
SpanishVIP is not responsible for missed classes resulting from the student’s connectivity issues, device malfunctions, power outages, or personal technical limitations.
If a student anticipates ongoing technical difficulties, they must inform their teacher for review. However, technical limitations on the student’s side do not constitute grounds for refunds, extensions, or credits.
4.4 Responsibility for Platform Access #
Students are solely responsible for maintaining access to their class links, email inbox, PunchPass (Group Classes), Zoom account, and any other required platforms. Students must:
- Save their class links
- Monitor their email regularly
- Check spam folders if necessary
If access is lost due to forgotten passwords, Zoom issues, inactive accounts, or any other personal limitation, it is the student’s responsibility to resolve it.
Sharing class links, teacher links, passwords, or SpanishVIP materials with others is strictly prohibited. Reproducing or distributing SpanishVIP content for any purpose outside personal academic use may result in disciplinary action and legal consequences.
If a platform such as Zoom, Academy, or PunchPass experiences a global outage, SpanishVIP will use an alternate platform or reschedule the session when appropriate.
