SpanishVIP may temporarily suspend a student’s access to its services under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any SpanishVIP policy
  • Unresolved or outstanding payment issues
  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or unprofessional behavior
  • Conduct that creates an unsafe, uncomfortable, or hostile environment for teachers, staff, or other students

Suspension may occur without prior notice when deemed necessary to protect the integrity, safety, or proper functioning of the program.

7.2 Grounds for Termination #

SpanishVIP reserves the right to permanently terminate a student’s access to its services in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Serious or repeated misconduct
  • Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior
  • Threats, abusive language, or xenophobic remarks
  • Fraudulent activity, misuse of services, or breach of confidentiality
  • Any conduct that disrupts the learning environment or interferes with class assignment processes

SpanishVIP reserves the right of admission at all times. If a student’s behavior is considered unsuitable, incompatible, or misaligned with the standards of the program, SpanishVIP may decline enrollment or discontinue service at its discretion.

If a payment has already been completed through the website prior to service discontinuation, the student will be formally notified and issued a full refund.

7.3 Notification Procedure #

Students will be notified of any suspension or termination via email.

In cases involving severe policy violations or urgent safety concerns, SpanishVIP may immediately restrict access to services and subsequently issue formal written notification.

All decisions regarding suspension or termination are made at the sole discretion of SpanishVIP management and are considered final.
