1. Program Structure & Format
SpanishVIP Group Classes are designed as a dynamic, flexible learning program that encourages active participation and collaborative language practice.
Each group session accommodates a maximum of ten (10) students in order to maintain meaningful interaction, speaking opportunities, and structured classroom management.
Group Classes are organized according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and are offered at levels A0 (introductory), A1, A2, B1, and B2. The A0 level serves as an onboarding level for students with little or no prior exposure to Spanish.
Classes are structured by level and skill focus, including grammar, conversation, writing, listening comprehension, and other targeted practice formats. The curriculum follows an ongoing structure rather than a fixed-start or fixed-end course model. Students may join different sessions throughout the week according to their subscription type and class availability.
Group Classes are not personalized or designed to accommodate fixed individual schedules. The program operates through a dynamic public calendar, and session availability may vary by day, level, and instructor. While SpanishVIP aims to provide multiple scheduling options across different time frames, specific time slots, frequency, or instructor assignments are not guaranteed.
SpanishVIP reserves the right to modify, adjust, consolidate, or cancel group sessions based on enrollment levels, instructor availability, and operational demand. Such adjustments are made to maintain program quality and sustainability and do not constitute a service failure.
Group Classes are best suited for students with flexible availability who are comfortable selecting sessions from a rotating schedule. Students requiring a fixed recurring time slot may consider Private Classes instead.
