SpanishVIP does not collect unnecessary, excessive, or sensitive personal data.

All student information is treated as confidential and is used exclusively for purposes related to:

• Customer support

• Internal service improvement
  

Student data is stored securely and may only be accessed by authorized SpanishVIP personnel.

SpanishVIP does not sell, rent, distribute, or share personal information with third parties for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.

6.3 Class Recordings #

SpanishVIP does not record classes.

Recording of any session is strictly prohibited unless the student is notified in advance, and explicit mutual consent is obtained.

If a recording is approved, it may only be used for internal training, quality assurance, or marketing purposes, and will be handled with strict confidentiality and data protection standards.

6.4 Student Data Rights #

Students have the right to:

• Request access to their stored personal data
• Request corrections to inaccurate information
• Request deletion of their personal data when applicable

SpanishVIP will review and respond to such requests promptly and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
