2.1 Seven-Day Free Trial #

SpanishVIP offers a seven (7) day free trial for new students to explore the Group Class program before committing to a paid subscription.

The free trial:

• Does not require payment information.
  
• Is offered once per person, not per email address or account.
  
• Is intended solely for first-time students who have not previously accessed the program.
  

Creating multiple accounts, using different email addresses, or attempting to re-enroll in additional free trials after previously participating in the program constitutes misuse of the trial system. SpanishVIP reserves the right to deny access, suspend accounts, or permanently restrict participation in such cases.

2.2 Account Registration & Access #

Group Class access is managed through the Punchpass scheduling platform.

Each student must register using a single valid email address. Subscriptions, credits, and access rights are strictly assigned to the individual registered under that email.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Sharing login credentials, allowing multiple individuals to attend using the same account, or using a single subscription for more than one person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, SpanishVIP reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate access
  
• Cancel the subscription without a refund
  
• Permanently revoke participation rights
  

Unauthorized account sharing constitutes a material breach of these terms.

2.3 Subscription Types (Limited & Unlimited) #

SpanishVIP Group Classes are offered under Limited and Unlimited subscription models.

Limited subscriptions include a defined number of class credits within a fixed calendar validity period (1 month, 3 months, or 6 months).

Unlimited subscriptions allow students to attend as many group sessions as they wish during the active subscription period.

Unlimited access is provided in good faith and is intended for reasonable educational use. While no fixed attendance cap is imposed, SpanishVIP expects responsible participation consistent with the collaborative nature of the program.

All subscriptions operate under a calendar-based validity period. Unused time or credits expire at the end of the subscription period and:

• Cannot be carried over
  
• Cannot be transferred
  
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
  
• Cannot be extended without an approved Official Pause

2.4 Booking & Credit Use #

Students must reserve their spot in advance through Punchpass.

For Limited plans, one credit is deducted upon booking. If a student attends, the credit is consumed.

If a student fails to attend a reserved class and does not cancel in advance, the credit is forfeited.

Unlimited plans do not accumulate credits but still require advance booking to secure a seat. Lesson capacity limits apply to all students equally.

Group Classes do not support rescheduling. Missed sessions are not refunded, credited, or replaced.
