How to pay for SpanishVIP Spanish classes through ClassWallet #
The full walkthrough for families paying with program funds through ClassWallet. It applies to Arizona ESA, Alabama CHOOSE Act and New Hampshire EFA families.
How payment works: three steps, about two minutes a month #
- We email a student-specific invoice. Each month you receive one invoice per child, itemized for that student’s classes, so every payment ties to the right account.
- Log into ClassWallet and choose Pay Vendor. In your own ClassWallet account, open the Pay Vendor (Direct Pay) flow and select SpanishVIP from the vendor list.
- Submit the invoice. Upload the invoice and submit. Your program administrator reviews and approves the purchase under its current rules, and funds go straight to us.
Good to know: siblings each use their own funds, every child gets a separate invoice, submitted individually. And SpanishVIP never asks for your ClassWallet login credentials. You always submit payment from your own account.

- New Hampshire EFA Spanish classes — EFA families pay through ClassWallet with the same Pay Vendor flow.

ClassWallet payment questions #
How long does submitting an invoice take?
About two minutes. Log into ClassWallet, choose Pay Vendor, select SpanishVIP, upload the invoice and submit. After that, review and approval happen on the program side.
What if my invoice is rejected?
Occasionally a program administrator asks for more detail before approving a purchase. If that happens, contact us and we’ll reissue the invoice with whatever the reviewer needs. You’re never charged out of pocket in the meantime.
Can I pay for more than one child?
Yes. Each enrolled child receives their own separate monthly invoice, so siblings each use their own funds. You submit each invoice individually in ClassWallet.
Do you need my ClassWallet login?
No. SpanishVIP never asks for your ClassWallet login credentials. You always submit payment yourself, from your own account.
