03. Booking, Attendance & Missed Classes

3.1 Class Reservations #

Students must reserve their spot in advance through the Punchpass scheduling system.

Reservations may typically be made up to one (1) week in advance and no later than thirty (30) minutes before the class start time, subject to availability.

Seats are limited to a maximum of ten (10) students per session. Once a class reaches capacity, additional registrations will not be permitted.

Students are responsible for managing their own reservations and cancellations within the scheduling system.

3.2 Attendance Policy #

Group Classes operate on a flexible, drop-in model. Attendance is optional but requires prior reservation.

If a student is unable to attend a reserved session, they must cancel their reservation in advance in order to release the spot for other students.

Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling results in:

  • For Limited plans: loss of the corresponding class credit
  • For Unlimited plans: forfeiture of the reserved session

Repeated failure to cancel reservations may result in outreach from the Student Success Team and, in cases of consistent misuse, review of account activity.

3.3 No Rescheduling or Make-Up Sessions #

Group Classes do not offer rescheduling, replacement sessions, credits, or refunds for missed classes under any circumstances.

This policy applies equally to:

  • Illness
  • Work obligations
  • Travel
  • Personal emergencies
  • Technical difficulties on the student’s side
  • Forgetfulness
  • Any other reason

Group Classes are offered through a public rotating calendar. If a student chooses not to attend a scheduled session, the opportunity is simply forfeited.

There is no distinction between justified and unjustified absences.

3.4 Late Arrivals #

Students may join a class up to ten (10) minutes after the scheduled start time.

Entry is not permitted once more than ten (10) minutes have passed, in order to maintain instructional flow and minimize disruption.

Late arrival does not result in:

  • Extended class time
  • Individual catch-up instruction
  • Credit reimbursement
  • Make-up sessions

Students are responsible for arriving on time and prepared to participate.

3.5 Subscription Validity & Attendance #

Group Class subscriptions operate on a calendar-based validity period.

Failure to attend classes during the active subscription period does not:

  • Pause the subscription
  • Extend the validity period
  • Generate credits
  • Create refund eligibility

Students who anticipate being absent for more than two (2) consecutive weeks must request an Official Pause in accordance with the Pause Policy.
