8.1 Good Faith Participation #

Unlimited Group Class subscriptions allow students to attend as many sessions as they wish during the active subscription period.

SpanishVIP offers unlimited access in good faith and expects students to participate responsibly and with consideration for the collaborative nature of the program.

Unlimited access is intended for genuine educational participation and regular engagement in the learning process.

8.2 Responsible Use #

While no fixed attendance cap is imposed, students are expected to:

• Reserve sessions they genuinely intend to attend
  
• Avoid booking excessive sessions they do not plan to participate in
  
• Participate actively and respectfully in all sessions
  

Consistent patterns of reserving classes without attending, disruptive booking behavior, or conduct that negatively impacts session availability for other students may result in account review.

SpanishVIP reserves the right to intervene if subscription usage materially interferes with the integrity or functionality of the Group Class system.
