04. Schedule Variability & Instructor Availability

4.1 Dynamic Schedule Model #

SpanishVIP Group Classes operate under a dynamic public calendar model.

Class schedules, levels offered, session frequency, and instructor assignments may vary based on enrollment levels, instructor availability, and operational demand.

While SpanishVIP aims to provide multiple daily options across different time zones and levels, the company does not guarantee:

  • A fixed recurring time slot per level
  • A minimum number of daily sessions per level
  • A specific instructor
  • Identical weekly schedules

SpanishVIP reserves the right to modify, adjust, consolidate, add, or remove group sessions at its discretion and without prior notice, when necessary to maintain program quality, operational balance, and sustainability.

Students are responsible for regularly reviewing the updated schedule and selecting sessions that fit their availability from the options provided.

Schedule adjustments do not constitute a service failure and do not create eligibility for refunds, credits, or subscription extensions.

4.2 Instructor Availability & Short-Term Absences #

If a Group Class instructor is unavailable for a short period, sessions may:

  • Be temporarily adjusted
  • Be covered by another instructor
  • Be removed from the calendar if sufficient alternative options remain available

Short-term instructor absences do not automatically generate subscription extensions, credits, or refunds, as the Group Class model provides multiple scheduling alternatives.

4.3 Extended Instructor Absences #

In cases of extended instructor absence (such as official vacations or long-term leave), SpanishVIP may adjust the schedule structure as necessary.

If the absence significantly impacts session availability for a specific level and no reasonable alternative is available, SpanishVIP may, at its discretion, evaluate whether a subscription extension is appropriate.

All such decisions are made based on overall enrollment levels, instructor coverage, and operational feasibility.

4.4 Operational Adjustments #

SpanishVIP may modify, consolidate, or reduce class offerings when enrollment levels do not justify maintaining certain sessions.

Group Classes are designed to function within a collaborative model and are not structured to operate as individual sessions for a single participant.

Operational adjustments made to preserve program balance and quality do not create eligibility for refunds, credits, or extensions.
